Valerie’s Extended Wear is a small business and therefore both the online portion as well as the store front holds the inventory.  When you place an order both the online inventory and the store front inventories are used.  In the event that an item is no longer available, the item will be taken off of your order or an alternative may be suggested.

When registering or logging in to our site, we verify that your internet browser is running Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) or higher. Your personal information is stored on our servers and heavily guarded, both physically and electronically. To further shield your credit card and bank numbers, we do not directly connect our firewall-protected servers to the internet. Privacy
We will not give your personal information to anyone. We are not part of any network that shares customer information, and you will not receive e-mails from other companies when doing business with us or visiting our site.  In time a newsletter may be e-mailed to you but simply log-in to your account and un-select the newsletter option or e-mail us to remove your name from our newsletter list.

Payment
Prices are in Canadian funds. You may pay with PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or money orders. The charge on your credit card will show a purchase from Valerie's Extended Wear, our stores physical location. For your convenience we also offer - the VISA Fax in Payment Form 

Shipping and Delivery
We ship orders using Canada Post; we believe this is the most economical choice. Other couriers can be requested at the customer’s expense. When completing your order via the shopping cart, the Canada Post module will calculate your shipping cost according to your location and add it to your finial total.

Returns
Products on this website have been measured and inspected for the customer’s convenience to ensure that you get a proper fit, and help with fewer returns. We will gladly accept your return within 20 days from the time you received the order.

The following points outline the procedure for processing a return, exchange, or refund:

• Prior to making an exchange, please advise us by phone or e-mail that you wish to make an exchange or return, including your order number, short explanation, item description, and size.  
   
• A copy of your original receipt and credit card slip must accompany any return, exchange, or refund.
   
• Returned items must be in original condition with tags intact.
   
• Products which have been used will be refused and returned to sender at the sender’s expense.
   
• We will not accept exchanges or returns on cut fabrics, sale items and finial clearance items.
   
• Refunds will be returned to the credit card used to make the purchase and money orders will be kept as store credit and a discount code will be provided. No cash refunds.
   
• Shipping costs for returned merchandise are the customer’s responsibility unless it was our mistake.
   
• We are not responsible for lost returns.
   
• Gift returns will be given a store credit or a discount code will be provided.
